You can request deletion of your account and its associated wardrobe data at any time. Export anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
From the app
Sign in to Stylwear, open Settings → Help & Support → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent and removes your sign-in account and associated application data.
Without the app or if you cannot sign in
Email support@stylwear.com with the subject “Delete my Stylwear account”, or call +971 58 542 0220. Include the email address registered to your Stylwear account. You do not need to reinstall the app. Never send your password or verification codes. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before acting on the request.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, wardrobe records and photos, outfits and wear history, style preferences, care records, trips, purchase considerations and other application content associated with the account.
Retention exceptions
Some records may need to be retained for legal duties, security investigations or audit requirements. Administrator audit records and closed support cases have a default retention period of 730 days. Restricted backup copies remain until the backup lifecycle removes them. These records are not used to restore your deleted account.
