Privacy Policy

Stylwear is operated by Solvesware technologies. This policy explains how we handle personal information and the choices available to you.

Subscriptions and purchase records

Optional subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment; Stylwear does not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat processes an account-specific identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase and renewal dates, subscription status, store and country or currency information to validate purchases, restore access and keep plan allowances up to date. Stylwear stores the subscription status and usage records needed to provide your plan, resolve billing problems and prevent misuse. Deleting your Stylwear account does not cancel a store subscription; manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Store transaction records remain subject to the store’s own privacy and retention rules.

Optional Virtual Try-On

Virtual Try-On uses your chosen personal reference photo and owned outfit images to create an AI visualization after affirmative consent. Photos remain in private Stylwear storage. The configured provider is named during setup. OpenAI image editing is the default; API data is not used for training by default, and standard abuse monitoring can retain data for up to 30 days, with documented safety exceptions. FASHN is an optional alternative: its base64 input processing copies have a one-day cleanup backstop, base64 outputs remain retrievable for 60 minutes, and request records are not automatically deleted; it states Customer Content is not used for AI training without separate opt-in. Changing provider requires consent again. We do not promise zero retention or a specific processing region. Stylwear removes unnecessary image metadata and does not build biometric identification or infer sensitive body attributes. Reference photos remain until replacement or deletion; unsaved previews expire after seven days by default and saved previews remain until deletion. Deleting a reference stops new generations and cancels active previews; previously saved outputs remain. Account deletion removes Stylwear try-on photos, sessions and quota records. Cost events are retained without owner, request or session identifiers under the AI-usage retention policy for anonymous cost control. Provider requests already submitted may finish under provider retention rules. Quota and cost records support account-based subscription limits. Generated previews are visual approximations, not predictions of physical fit, size, fabric behavior or exact real-world appearance.

Optional phone calendars

If you connect calendars already on your phone, you choose which calendars Stylwear can read. When you open or return to the app, we sync a rolling fourteen-day window of selected event titles, start and end times, all-day flags and hashed event/calendar identifiers, along with selected calendar names. Descriptions, guests, addresses, attachments and meeting links are not uploaded. At midnight in your account timezone, the server sends selected event titles and times to the configured AI provider to prepare outfit recommendation inputs. Alerts follow your reminder settings. Calendar snapshots are replaced when you sync; derived daily plans older than seven days are removed during nightly processing. Disconnecting calendars or turning calendar recommendations off removes the stored snapshot and plans, and account deletion removes them too. Calendar permission is optional. Stylwear does not edit your events or collect calendar account passwords. You can revoke permission in your phone settings; the app detects the change and removes its connection on the next sync attempt.

Mobile notifications

If you allow mobile notifications, we store an app installation identifier, push token, platform, language, device timezone, app version and notification preferences. Daily outfit reminders use the time you choose and your account timezone; recommendations remain available when reminders are off. Product updates and inspiration require separate marketing opt-in, which you can withdraw in Settings → Notifications. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service process notification delivery. We record scheduling, provider acceptance, failures and notification opens for reliability and campaign reporting; provider acceptance does not confirm delivery to your device. Delivery records are retained for 90 days by default, inactive tokens are removed after 180 days, and notification data is removed when you delete your account. Device notification settings provide additional controls. Notification text does not include private wardrobe details or precise locations.

Who we are and how to reach us

Solvesware technologies operates Stylwear and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our public contact location is Al Furjan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Information you provide

We process account details such as your email address and display name; wardrobe photos and garment details; preferences, outfit feedback and wear history; care and availability records; and any trips, purchase considerations, stylist messages or support requests you choose to add. Passwords are handled by our identity service, not by this marketing website. Avoid uploading sensitive information or other people’s personal information unless you have permission.

Location and technical information

Weather and travel features may use a location or destination you provide and, where you permit it, device location. Location used for weather is rounded to reduce precision. Our services also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request times, device or browser information, errors and security events. Optional product usage statistics are controlled in Settings.

Why we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, store and display your wardrobe, personalize suggestions, provide the features you request, answer support requests, send account and service messages, maintain reliability and prevent misuse. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing relies on your consent, delivering our agreement with you, or a permitted legal obligation or exception. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.

AI and personalization

Photo recognition can send a processed garment image and a prompt to an external AI provider. Uploaded photos are re-encoded to remove embedded image metadata. Optional stylist chat can send your messages and relevant, limited wardrobe context to the configured provider. Preference learning also uses your feedback and wear history. AI output can be inaccurate; it supports your choices and is not used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. My Style lets you adjust, pause or reset learned preferences. Processing by providers is subject to their service terms and retention practices; we do not promise that every AI request is immediately deleted.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers for cloud hosting, private image storage, identity, email delivery and, when enabled, AI and weather features. They receive the information needed for their function. Our infrastructure includes Google Cloud and Cloudflare. Access within Stylwear is limited to operational, support and security needs. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or the service, or during a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

Where processing happens

Stylwear serves users in different locations. Our Google Cloud deployment is in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your own. International transfers must use the safeguards or other permitted grounds required by applicable law. Contact us if you need information about a transfer involving your data.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and wardrobe information while needed to provide your account and requested features. Scheduled retention defaults include 30 days for stylist chat and purchase analyses; 90 days for unsaved image recognition; 180 days for product analytics; 365 days for feedback and for trips after they end; 400 days for AI usage and recommendation records; and 730 days for administrator audit records and support cases after closure. These schedules may vary where configuration, legal duties, security investigations or a specific request require different handling. Deletion is subject to processing schedules; residual backup copies may remain until the backup lifecycle removes them and are restricted from ordinary use.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your information and preferences, control optional usage statistics, export your data and request permanent account deletion through Settings → Help & Support. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, erasure, a portable copy, restriction or cessation of processing, and withdraw consent or object to relevant processing. Call us if you cannot access your account or need help exercising a right. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any lawful limitation. You may raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Cookies, storage and this website

The public marketing website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, collect passwords or store authentication tokens. Its interaction events stay in the browser and are not sent to an analytics collector. Hosting services may process ordinary request logs. The separate application and sign-in service use storage and cookies needed for authentication, security and application settings. Browser controls can remove or block storage, but this may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

Security and children

We use HTTPS, account access checks and private photo storage with temporary access links. No system is completely secure; keep your credentials and temporary photo links private. Stylwear is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

This policy was updated on 20 October 2026. We will publish updates here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or request consent where required for material changes. Contact Solvesware technologies using the details below with questions about this policy.
