Stylwear is operated by Solvesware technologies. Please read these terms before using our website and application.
Virtual Try-On approximations
Virtual Try-On previews are AI-generated visual approximations. They may not accurately represent physical fit, size, color, texture, fabric behavior or real-world appearance. Only use your own authorized reference photo. Preview availability depends on the configured provider, subscription allowance and feature availability. Unsupported garments or accessories may be excluded and disclosed in the app.
The service and your agreement
These Terms of Service apply to Stylwear’s website and wardrobe application, operated by Solvesware technologies, Al Furjan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They take effect on 20 October 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must have legal capacity to agree, or any legally required authorization from a parent or guardian.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials or access someone else’s account without permission. We may apply reasonable verification and security measures.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the photos, garment details and other content you upload. You grant Solvesware technologies a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support Stylwear and the features you request, including processing by relevant service providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for restricted copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.
Recommendations and AI
Stylwear helps organize wardrobes, suggest outfits and evaluate possible purchases. AI recognition, chat, weather information and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before relying on them, including garment care information and travel plans. You make your own clothing and purchasing decisions. We do not guarantee fit, suitability, savings, availability or any particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use Stylwear unlawfully; upload content that infringes others’ rights; harass people; introduce malicious code; bypass security or access controls; or interfere with the service. Do not extract private information or access other users’ records. Report security concerns through our contact details without exposing another person’s data or disrupting the service.
Our materials and other services
Stylwear’s software, design and branding remain the property of Solvesware technologies or their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials. External links and optional third-party services may have separate terms and policies. We are responsible for our own obligations; we do not control third-party content or services.
Availability, changes and charges
Features may vary by configuration and may change or be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. We will communicate material changes where required. Any paid feature must disclose its price, billing and cancellation conditions before you agree to pay. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. Applicable consumer rights and any specific payment terms continue to apply.
Optional store subscriptions
Stylwear offers a free plan and optional Lite, Plus and Max subscriptions, available monthly or yearly. The purchase screen shows the store-localized price, included features, allowances and any introductory trial before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect under that store’s rules. Eligible new subscribers may receive the seven-day trial shown for a yearly plan. Any unused trial period ends when a paid subscription begins where the store’s rules provide. Refund requests follow the store’s process and applicable consumer rights. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Deleting Stylwear or your Stylwear account does not cancel a store subscription.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process, provider involvement, retention and your choices. You can manage preferences and optional usage statistics in the app and use Help & Support to export your data or request account deletion. For assistance without signing in, call +971 58 542 0220.
Ending use and account restrictions
You may stop using Stylwear at any time and request account deletion. Deletion is permanent, so export information you wish to keep first. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, security risk or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us about the decision. Retained information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and your legal rights
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or that recommendations meet every need. Each party remains responsible as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Keep your own copies of information important to you.
Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory protections or rights that apply in your place of residence. Please first contact Solvesware technologies at +971 58 542 0220 or through in-app Help & Support so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent authority or court. Our public contact location is Al Furjan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date on this page. We will provide notice and obtain agreement where legally required for material changes. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen. If you do not accept revised terms, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
